No, We do not buy clothes as we are not licensed to buy or trade. We are licensed only to receive donations; so, we rely solely items donated from our community. As long as we are open we, we are receiving: 10am-8pm every day.

You can drop off donations during store hours, no appointment needed. For large items, contact us to check if we have enough space.

Yes, We accept electronics as long as they are in good working condition. Please restore any phone, laptop or tablet back to factory settings otherwise it is not resealable.

We ask all donors to bring in clean, gently used clothing and our team does a quick quality check before items go on the floor. However, since we don’t launder items in-house and we offer change rooms for trying things on, we recommend washing clothing again at home before wearing.

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, electronics come with a 2 week return window. If an electronic item is defective or not working as expected, you may return it within 14 days for store credit. Please bring your receipt and ensure the item is in its original condition.

Wildlife Thrift Store is a registered business and like most retail stores in Canada, we are required by law to collect sales tax on purchases. This includes items sold in-store, even though they are donated. The tax helps support public services and is mandated by provincial and federal regulations.

No, we do not offer Seniors or Student discounts as we offer every day low prices to everyone and believe our pricing is fair. However, First Nations customers are eligible for tax exemption upon presenting valid documentation at checkout. We’re committed to honoring this exemption in accordance with Canadian tax regulations.

Yes, We are pet-friendly! Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome to shop alongside you. We love meeting your furry companions, but please be mindful of other customers and ensure your pet is under control at all times. Service animals are always welcome.

It depends. We supports multiple charitable organizations and the percentage donated can vary based on operational costs, seasonal campaigns and specific fundraising initiatives. However, giving back is a part of our mission and we’re proud to contribute regularly to causes that matter.

Unsold items are recycled through our partnership with the Diabetes Canada organization. This ensures that gently used goods are diverted from landfills and continue to support charitable causes, even if they don’t find a new home in our store. It's part of our commitment to sustainability and community impact.

Yes, we maintain a lost and found for items left behind in the store. We hold lost belongings for up to 3 months. If you think you’ve misplaced something during your visit, please contact us or stop by as soon as possible. We’re happy to help reunite you with it!
